Well...the part of the transaction that actually went through was fine.
Paid for some corals and inverts almost three weeks ago, haven't received them or get any shipping notification yet. The seller never responded to any of my emails or phone calls. Very disappointed!
Put in an order three weeks ago and still no communication as to status of order. I have emailed and called with no luck. I would not recommend them to anyone and just goes to show why we should only buy from our local LFS. Horrible Experience and shouldn't be! I don't understand how hard it is to just drop a simple text, or email with order status.
Because I couldn't make up my mind on which live rock I wanted, just ordered the premium combo deal. Good choice for me. ACO sent me half pacific shelf and half Bali. Worked out awesome. Had I ordered these individually it would have been much more. I also ordered their base rock but I wasn't impressed with it. Although it was as advertised and pretty much what was puctured on website it just was blah. I turned around and ordered my CUC from them for my tank and a few zoas for my daughters tank. A little slow on shipping( which is why I only gave 4 stars) but product was top notch. Zoas are already opening after only a few hours in tank. The diversity in their CUC deals were a lot better than other retailers I had considered. They will definately get more of my business.

Absolutely amazing aquarium! The staff did an amazing job customizing a beautiful aquarium for me with a great array of beautiful fish, and they did everything for me, so all I have to do is enjoy! I highly recommend Aquarium Creations!
I ended up waiting maybe a month and a half for a shrimp pair, and I've been requesting my refund but have yet to get ahold of anyone. Can't say that I would recommend them after that experience.
